About this property

Cozy spacious lodge at 1700m with sauna, right in the ski & hiking area!

In winter directly to the lifts, in summer near hiking trails or mountain bike trails. Then relax in the sauna or directly in the hot tub ... ?? Enjoy the advantage of having everything under one roof.
The ski, hiking and mountain biking area is right on the doorstep! Ski-In / Ski-Out is possible with sufficient snow conditions. You get on ski trails directly to the Zirbenwaldbahn or back to the house.

Our feel-good holiday home with 160sqm of living space, almost 700sqm of land and a terrace with barbecue is located in the middle of the larch and stone pine forest of the Turracher Höhe at 1700m.

On the ground floor, the lodge has a cozy living room with adjoining reading area / library and large open fireplace, there is also since November 2018 a large open kitchen with a cozy dining area next to a tiled stove. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with all technical appliances. In addition to a toilet, there is also a small bedroom with sink and a bunk bed (2 sleeps).

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms with up to 12 sleeps. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.

The cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi and modern LCD flat screen TV's in all living and bedrooms.

In the basement there is the wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, the relaxation area with tea kitchen, flat-screen TV and fridge, a storage room with washer and dryer and a generous entrance area with enough storage space for cloakroom, shoes and even ski boots.

There is a garage, which is ideal for storing / storing the skis and in which, if necessary, also a car can be accommodated. What is new is that you can charge your electrically powered car for energy costs.

The ski lifts, shops, bars, restaurants and Lake Turracher are all within a short walk of the lodge.

The lodge is currently rented to 2 to a maximum of 12 people.

Das Haus liegt an einem steilen Hang vor der Turracher Höhe in einem Zirbenwald. Drumherum ganz viele andere Ferienhäuser, Einheimische wohnen dort wohl nur zeitweise. Die meisten anderen Häuser sind an Touristen vermietet. Fußläufig erreicht man den Turracher See, ein sehr netter Spaziergang. Direkt in der Nähe liegt die Turracher Höhe von wo aus man einige Unternehmungen/Wanderungen starten kann. Für uns hat das Haus gepasst, es war sehr sauber, die Küche war recht neu. Uns haben einzig Topflappen und ein paar Glas-Salat-Schüsseln gefehlt sonst waren wir wunschlos glücklich. Garten ist drumherum kaum, hintenraus eine Grillstelle, die wir einmal genutzt haben. Holz ist ausreichend da. In den Zimmern hängen Elektroheizungen, die wir tatsächlich trotz Aufenthalts im August/Anfang September dann und wann gebraucht haben, da das Haus recht dunkel liegt und eben auf 1700 m Höhe. Da wird es abends recht schnell frisch. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt dort und können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war jederzeit möglich und immer freundlich. Aber eigentlich gab es nicht viel zu besprechen, weil alles super funktioniert hat.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus! Es ist alles da was man braucht! Es gab selbst ein Babybett und einen Babystuhl. In den Badezimmern sind Föhns. Auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Haus ist tiptop sauber bis in den letzten Winkel! Besonders den Whirlpool und den Kamin haben wir sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah am Ortskern! Immer wieder gerne! Es war sehr schön!!

Wandern und Entspannung pur!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus in einer wundervollen Umgebung! Tagsüber haben wir die Landschaft und abends die Großzügigkeit und die Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (Kamin, Sauna...) der Lodge genossen! Es war alles Top, wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Sehr schönes Haus, wunderschöne Umgebung

Zur Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und mit Umgebungstipps versorgt. Die Einrichtung und das Haus selbst lassen keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Zufahrtswege sind aufgrund der Hanglage etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (ziemlich steile Schotterwege). Wir haben auf der Turracher Höhe selbst und in der Umgebung eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche verbracht.

Super Haus, Lage eher nichts für die Nebensaison

Das Haus hatte alles, was man braucht und darüber hinaus (sogar einen Fon in jedem Bad). Ende September wird es dort oben aber schon ordentlich kalt, so dass man den Kachelofen in der Küche und den Kamin im Wohnzimmer gern und oft nutzt. Es gab ein paar kleine Defekte (Licht in der Sauna schaltete sich nach kurzer Zeit aus, Whirlpool funktionierte nicht und hatte nur heißes Wasser, Dusche an der Sauna hat keine Aufhängung für die Brause mehr). Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Hausverwaltung klappte super.

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet sehr viele Extras. Es sind viele Schränke vorhanden, um eigene Sachen unterzubringen. Der Sauna und Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und durch die neue, geräumige Küche ist es angenehmer mit mehreren Personen gleichzeitig dort zu kochen. Außerdem verfügt nahezu jedes Zimmer über einen Fernseher. Die Versorgung mit WLAN ist nahtlos durch viele WLAN Spots. Für Skifahrer ist es sehr angenehm, da man fast direkt vom Haus aus die Piste auf Skiern erreichen kann.

Tolles Haus (allerdings ist die Küche etwas eng), prima Wellness-Bereich, Schlafzimmer mit extra WC/Dusche und viel Platz in den Kleiderschränken; außen gibt es ein Grillhaus. Hervorragende Lage, direkt an Wanderweg, sehr nah zur Turracher Höhe. Die Hausverwalterin ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit!
