Please note that our holiday rental is located on the 3rd floor, with no lift. But we assure you, the climb is worth it! You’ll find an apartment in a secluded, absolutely quiet location with a one-of-a-kind view.
A private covered parking space is located right at the building’s entrance.



Vacation_Apartment_Stadtpark:

The holiday apartment is bright, welcoming, functional, and comfortably furnished, and is located on the 3rd floor—unfortunately, there is no lift. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms; the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the children’s room has 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
The fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, features a coffee maker, a microwave, and a freezer compartment. Our guests can also look forward to a newly renovated bathroom with a shower.
The spacious living room features a dining area and opens onto a furnished balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city park in every season. If you bring a bag of peanuts, you can feed the Stadtwald squirrels on our balcony at certain times.
Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
