Family-friendly Swedish house in a quiet and central location

The cozy holiday home with a south-facing terrace and a spacious garden is located in the idyllic town of Fengersfors and is surrounded by Swedish neighbors. The house was completely renovated in January 2024 and offers guests all the amenities for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. On the ground floor there is the bright living room with dining area and open kitchen. From the living room you can also access the spacious and sunny winter garden, which invites you to linger. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms, which are equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and a bunk bed (0.80 x 2.00m and 1.20 x 2.00m). The small bathroom with toilet and shower is right next to the entrance door, another bathroom with a sink and bathtub is in the basement, where the washing machine and dryer are also available. A public playground for younger guests is a 5-minute walk away and the swimming area at Lake Knarrbysjön is a 10-minute walk away. On the idyllic lawn of the swimming lake you can dream, relax and admire Swedish nature.
2 canoes are available free of charge for trips on Lake Knarrbysjön.
Fengersfors is a former factory town and is centrally located in Dalsland, perfect as a starting point for all activities during your holiday. The “Not Quite” cultural center is located on the town’s old factory site and is one of the most visited attractions in Dalsland. The small artisan bakery "brukets godaste" is also located here, where you can get wonderful bread, different types of cinnamon rolls and a fine selection of pizzas every Friday during the season. There is also a grocery store and two petrol and diesel pumps in town.

Bed linen and towels are not provided in the house and must be brought by guests or can be booked for an additional charge.
