With its 100 m², this bright 4-room vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.
Right in the spacious entryway, you’ll find a coat rack, a shoe cabinet, and a mirror.
From here, you can access the living room, which features a sofa suite, a flat-screen TV, plenty of storage space, a dresser, a reading nook, and an adjoining, bright dining area.
The dining area features comfortable dining chairs and a large, modern dining table, which is also perfect for gathering together or hosting a game night.

The patio and garden invite you to relax.

The living room features a decorative wood-burning stove, which serves purely as a decorative element and must not be lit.

Adjacent to it is a separate guest restroom.

From the living area, you can access a separate room that can be partitioned off with a glass door and blackout curtains. The room is furnished with a large wooden closet and a cozy couch that can be folded out into a full-size bed.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and dishwasher.
There is a large kitchen pass-through here, which makes it easy to serve meals to everyone.

From the kitchen, you can access the first bedroom.
The bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed, nightstands, and a large built-in wardrobe with ample storage space for luggage.

The children’s room is accessible via a separate hallway, which features a full-length mirror and a washing machine available for your use.
The children’s room features a bunk bed (each bed measuring 90x200cm), another single bed (90x200cm), and a dresser with a clothes rod.

Exterior blinds are installed in all rooms to ensure maximum sleeping comfort.

The spacious full bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and hair dryer.

The daily rate applies to a maximum occupancy of 4 people; each additional person is charged €10 per person per day.

There are 2 parking spaces available right next to the house.
Wi-Fi is available (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction)
This is a non-smoking apartment.
A well-behaved dog is permitted upon request.
