About this property

Mediterranean Retreat. Newly renovate 1,000 sqft.

Recently renovated 1ksqft apartment in historic Worker's Cottage with lush garden. The interiors have been layered by bespoke and vintage furniture and finishes. All walls are plastered and limewashed giving the home warmth and texture. Walking distance to 35th & Archer Orange line. Close Proximity to Chinatown/Med Dist and Pilsen neighborhood. All great for local bars/ restaurants.
Blocks away from I 55 which can take you to Lake Shore Drive/ Museum Campus and Soldier Field in 10 minutes.

The space
Open floor concept with single bedroom in back. Bathroom/ shower is next to bedroom. Enjoy full Eastern, Southern and Western sun exposures. No window treatments in main area. There is still a sense of privacy with how the windows are set.
This is my main home so the kitchen is fully loaded, you are welcomed to use anything.

Guest access
The entire unit is available for you. During the warm months you are welcomed to spend time in our garden. We have pet chickens that roam the garden during the day.

Other things to note
This home has been curated for myself and others that enjoy it's aesthetic. The furniture is either custom or sourced from Europe/ Vintage stores in Chicago. We ask that you treat it like your own home.
