This property was very clean, well stocked with essentials and decorated nicely. The temperature in the king bedroom was a bit warm but a small fan was provided. For younger people and for folks without knee/back issues, It is walkable during daylight hours to Broadway. At night, the walk would be too dark. The communication with the host is excellent. Our only hiccup was another car was in “our” parking spot but this situation was taken care of. We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning. There are train tracks very near but were not a big noise distraction for us.
