We enjoyed our time in Nashville, and this was a great location to stay. Communion was excellent, checking in was super easy, and the accommodations were very comfortable.It is possible to walk to Broadway from this location, and you also have bars and restaurants even closer right around the corner. *Noise is not an issue - this is a very peaceful location. Uber to Broadway is only about 7 non peak. Pool and outdoor area around the pool appeared to be well kept. Parking garage had plenty of parking and space.We would definitely stay here again.

We had a seamless process form planning to communications to accessing the property. They have done an amazing job updating and modernizing. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out but be close enough to enjoy each others company. And can’t beat the location and proximity to the sights. Perfect for a girls trip!

The space is nice but for 6 adults, it was a little cramped. I think 4 would be comfortable. The building is older, but generally clean. There is really only one free/for sure parking space, most street parking around is hourly.

This was a great location - far enough from broadway but still close enough if you wanted to walk there. The host is very quick to respond to questions. The kids enjoyed the guitar pool and we loved the history of the building.

This condo is a perfect getaway spot. It is close to everything and provides an oasis in the middle of the city with a pool. The condo was perfectly clean and spacious. The host kept in touch from booking to check out. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville!

Nice condo close to Broadway. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the kitchen or pool but would likely stay again. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends of the living area so there was plenty of privacy. Plus we had excellent communication with Genevieve.
