The Brockenspitze Vacation Rental (House 1 – Alte Wernigeröder Str. 9 in 38879 Schierke) offers 80 square meters of living space (a 3-room apartment in the attic) with a master bedroom featuring a double bed (2 x 0.9-meter mattresses), a second bedroom with two single beds (each 0.9 m wide), a bathroom with shower (including a hair dryer), a living room (with satellite TV, couch, and dining area for 4 people), and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, filter coffee maker (filters included),refrigerator without freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, ...).

Additional amenities for the apartment:
Free Wi-Fi throughout the house, use of the garden at House 1 (grill and seating) and House 2 (with arbor, grill, oven...), use of the sauna in House 2 (approx. 50 m away), cold drinks in the basement of the house for a small fee, parking spaces for cars and motorcycles.

House 1 (a historic villa in the traditional Harz style, Alte Wernigeröder Str. 9) is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Schierke. Our guests appreciate the peaceful setting surrounded by nature and the easy access to hiking trails.

Ample parking is available at the house.

Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.
Prices do not include the visitor’s tax.
Dogs are welcome upon request; we charge €10 per night.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out should be by 10:00 a.m.
