This ideal base is also a true paradise for hikers and summer vacationers: In the surrounding area, you will find numerous hiking trails, mountain lifts, and the popular "Kainzenbad" – a beautiful natural swimming pool that guarantees family fun!

The bright ground-floor apartment, covering approximately 60 square meters, accommodates up to four people and is cleverly laid out. On the left side of the living area, you will find an inviting dining table that provides ample space for shared meals with friends or family. Directly opposite is the separate kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for self-catering during your vacation. Here, you'll find a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and, of course, a dishwasher to make your life easier.

The right side of the living space is dedicated entirely to relaxation. A spacious, cozy seating area invites you to enjoy sociable evenings. The large sofa is not only comfortable but can also be quickly converted into an additional sleeping area for up to two people. From this area, you also have access to the bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed. Here, you can enjoy restful nights and recharge your energy. A generous double wardrobe offers plenty of storage for your vacation wardrobe. Especially delightful is the direct access to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the fresh mountain air right from the morning. On warm summer evenings, you can relax here wonderfully and unwind at the end of the day.

The bathroom features both a relaxing bathtub and a walk-in shower, so you can unwind however you like after an active day in the mountains. A separate toilet adds extra convenience.
