The 60 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the “Naturverliebt am Diemelsee” vacation complex and delights guests with a magnificent view of the countryside, cozy furnishings, and plenty of space for you, your loved ones, and your dog.

The bright living area, complete with a sofa and TV, invites you to relax. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features a cozy dining area for shared meals. The large balcony is a real highlight—perfect for sunny breakfasts or cozy barbecue evenings with the electric grill.

**Sleeping**
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a high-quality box-spring bed and one with two single beds. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival—so you can start your vacation feeling completely relaxed. A travel crib and a high chair are available upon request for small children.

**Bathroom**
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Light-colored tiles, stylish furnishings, and comfortable underfloor heating create a truly cozy atmosphere—even on cooler days.

Ideal for families or friends who want to travel together—with plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy.

The complex is centrally located in Heringhausen, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Diemel, the swimming pool, the Diemelsteighütte (with mini-golf), and several restaurants. The lake’s dam, shopping in Adorf, and the bus stop—which guests can use for free with their guest card—are also conveniently accessible.

**Recreational Activities**
Hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door—ideal for excursions around the lake. Lake Diemelsee offers numerous water sports activities: from fishing to boating. Willingen and Winterberg are also within easy reach—perfect for a winter vacation or a trip to the mountains. Additionally, destinations such as the Hanseatic city of Korbach or the Baroque town of Bad Arolsen beckon.
