Place smelled like beer upon arrival and floors were so sticky we had to mop the place ourselves. They were also getting the yard done during our stay. Bad experience but we made the most of it.

This wasn’t a beach trip for us so I can’t talk to that. The rooms were great for the people that slept here and the we had a few more people for visiting and the living space nicely handled us all. The parking was a little tight but there was space for more vehicles very close so it was fine. Everyone was happy and we were thankful we were all able to be together

Great Vacation Rental!

My family of 5 and our 2 dogs stayed at this vacation rental. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. It was fully stalked with everything we needed as well. The yard was clean, safe, and very nice size for our 2 dogs and kids. The home was in a great location, close enough to all the places we wanted to visit. This was by far one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, in a long time.

Big issues was the outdoor stench of the sewage that they spray on the golf course. The smell got in the house. Other issues with the house were that most rooms were severely under lit many had bulbs out, had problems with the microwave working - power seemed very low - its probably been there since the 1970s. Broken window on the kitchen window exterior pane. Concrete driveway was a trip hazard due to it being cracked and uneven. Ceiling fans did not work in some bedrooms. The price paid for this rental should command a better maintained home. The checkout time of 10AM is ridiculous. Yes I paid the additional 72 for late checkout. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I RENT WITH - with VACASA.
