Large loft area with two sets of twin bunk beds. One set of bunk beds also has a trundle bed. Bunk room sleeps a total of 5 people.

Large driveway will fit 2 vehicles.
A boat trailer can be parked on the rocky area next to the driveway.

Back Exterior:
Covered patio provides shade and has a ceiling fan to keep cool and has a table and chairs for outdoor eating/drinking.
Private pool (not heated).
Outdoor shower.
Propane gas grill.
Large deck with seating overlooking the canal.
Private boat slip on the canal.
Large, covered, 2nd floor balcony with seating overlooking the pool and canal.
