If I could give it zero stars, I would. TBH e property was disgusting. Cockroaches under the bed and in kitchen. Toilet was clogged upon arrival and customer service said they would not come by since 5pm is after hours. There were exposed nails along door frames and glass doors on the ground on the back porch which my children could’ve stepped on. It was not clean and not safe. Outside of that, the views were incredible. This property has a lot of potential if someone would take care of it and get a suitable property management company.

In a sentence: I don’t go on vacation to clean house. A cleaning crew was sent the next day, but I had to clean to be comfortable upon arrival. Floors filthy. Hanging light fixtures over counter covered in dust. Filthy shower curtains. I asked them to be replaced. They brought new liners and left them on the table, so I had to replace them myself and handle the filthy ones. Bugs. Bug feces. Dirty oven door. Nice kitchen and appliances. Great location. Great deck. House is older than appears in pictures. Many small cosmetic repairs needed. Bedroom deck doors not usable. Would not rent again. Really feel like I’m owed some type of compensation.

Had basically everything you need…was a little damage (front door, bedrooms) and needed a bit of tlc..that being said 10/10 would stay again..perfect location, steps onto the beach away from the crowds

Perfect unobstructed views at end of street with direct beach access. The beach was quiet and clean. The house was spacious and had breathtaking views off of the expansive balcony. Saving location to stay again at a later date!

Loved the beach house, and the location, Roomy and beatifically decorated. Quick responses from management. Very clean. We enjoyed our time there (ladies retreat). Will definitely be going back!!!

Love everything about this house

We had an excellent time. Couldn’t ask for a better location with beach access. It’s also a short drive from many local restaurants as well as gas stations and bait shops.
