The firewood for the oven is provided. Once you run out, it is your responsibility to get more. Same goes for propane for the outdoor gas grill.
Austin is a single stream recycler. Please place recyclables into the Blue bin inside the metal refuse can in the kitchen.
Please adhere to quiet hours: 10pm - 9am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Owner reserves right of eviction on sole discretion with no refund. Especially if a large party is held. Just be conscientious tenants:)
