Villa for up to 6 people.
This small-scale luxury Park is located just behind the dunes at the head of North Holland in Julianadorp aan Zee. This area has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. The park is characterised by its beautiful villas with thatched roofs.
This beautiful villa is suitable for up to 6 people, is in a nice quiet location on the park and has its own driveway. On the ground floor is the large L-shaped living room with French doors at the back of the house. The living room has a modern open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster and kettle. Also on the ground floor is a small 2nd bathroom with washing machine and dryer and there is a separate toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all with double beds with separate mattresses. In one of the bedrooms, the beds can also be pushed apart. The bathroom has a bath with shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. A cot, highchair and stair gate have been provided for the little ones.
The villa is located on a spacious plot of 500 m2 with a large sun terrace facing south. There are several terraces with garden furniture and electric grill and is located by the water. Ideal for wonderful relaxing holidays at the coast.
