Our cozy attic apartment measures 55 square meters. It features a large, fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and silverware. There is also a large dining table. On the left side of the room is the living area with two armchairs and a sofa, satellite TV, a small table, and a bookshelf with books about Schweinfurt and the surrounding area. The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds (pushed together to form a double bed), nightstands, lamps, and a closet. The second, smaller bedroom has two single beds and a dresser. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. We want you to feel at home here and hope we’ve thought of everything you need for your comfort. If you find that something is missing, please let us know—we’re sure we can help. A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on site. Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. Pets are allowed. Keys will be handed over in person on site.
