Self-catering cottage - cottage with style - a cottage to relax in

The cozy self-catering hut, ideally suited for families and friends, has been lovingly prepared and is located in the Salzburger Sportwelt Amade, which belongs to the Ski Amade ski association. Numerous lifts of the Alpendorf mountain railways Bergbahnen Wagrain and Flachau can be used with one ski pass. With the exception of a neighboring house and a stable, you are almost alone in this hut.
Come to us at the Grünreit hut and enjoy the peace and relaxation in a sunny location close to the numerous shopping and leisure opportunities that our versatile city of St. Johann offers her guests. The Alpendorf district with its famous Geisterberg and in winter with the coveted Amade Ski World can be reached in a few minutes by car. And after a fantastic day of skiing, you can end the day comfortably in the (new) own sauna.

Wir hatten sechs wundervolle Tage im Ferienhaus und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir waren neun Personen und sind mit dem Platzangebot hervorragend zurechtgekommen – es war mehr als ausreichend Platz für alle da. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Einiges wurde erst neu renoviert! :) Das Haus liegt am Berg, weshalb bei Schneefall Schneeketten zu empfehlen sind. Mit diesen ist die Anfahrt dann jedoch problemlos möglich.Der Ausblick auf St. Johann und die umliegenden Berge ist einfach traumhaft, und man ist dort fast ganz für sich – perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen.Zur Gondel St Johann sind es nur 10 min autofahrt und zur Gondel Grafenberg 20 min. Anja ist eine äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und sämtliche gängige Haushaltsgeräte war alles vorhanden! :) Wir waren sehr begeistert, können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!Vielen Dank nochmal und liebe Grüße :)

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die immer gut errreichbar waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch unsere Hündin, sehr hundefreundlich. Wir haben den Garten sehr viel genutzt, ruhige Umgebung. Durch die Nähe zum Hochkönig und Dachstein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Klettersteige. Klare Empfehlung. Vielen Dank.

Heel mooi plekje, genoeg te doen in de buurt. Het huis is oud, maar ruim. Jammer dat er geen overkapping is zodat je ook ‘s avonds lekker buiten kan zitten.

Entspanntes Wochenende

Sehr entspannte Lage, sehr unkomplizierte Vermieterin und super Haus. Die Betten und Zimmer sind sehr bequem und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt nichts vermissen. Lediglich im Garten war uns der Tisch als 10er Gruppe etwas zu klein und ein/zwei Gartenstühle mehr wären auch toll gewesen. Ansonsten absolute Empfehlung.

Very good place to stay with family. Short whitin range of ski slope, restaurants. Good house to stay with large group, only min piont is the old badroom. Nice for kids to visit the cows, en very good slope behind the house for playground kids. Our score 8,5/10 Rgds fam Van Lommel

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Grünreit verbracht. Das Haus ist optimal für eine Gruppe von 10 Personen geeignet und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Die Lage hat ihre Vor und Nachteile. Man ist für sich oben am Hang, allerdings ist die Straße nach oben bei frischem Schnee über Nacht eine kleine Herausforderung. Man sollte im besten Fall Schneeketten dabei haben.

Phänomenaler Skiurlaub

Wir waren für eine super schöne Skiwoche in der Grünreithütte einquartiert. Besonders zu loben sind vor allem die große Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Lage und Zustand der Hütte sind top, und mit den diversen Skigebieten, die alle in 10-30 Autominuten erreichbar sind, waren wir bestens versorgt und es wurde nie langweilig. Außerdem eignete sich die kostenfreie Sauna top zum Entspannen nach einem langen Skitag. Einziges (kleines) Manko ist der leichte Rauchgeruch, der einem unser Reisetruppe aufgefallen ist. Dies sollte nur den empfindlichsten Menschen auffallen und ist vermutlich auf andere, rücksichtslose Vormieter zurückzuführen. Zudem ist das Internet kostenpflichtig und im Winter eine Anreise ohne Schneeketten nicht zu empfehlen (wir haben Sie 6 von 7 Tage aufgezogen). Wir wurden aber auch entsprechend von den Vermietern vorgewarnt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne (!) wieder. Nochmals Danke für die schöne Zeit!

einfach Super

Mitte September, 9Uhr morgens, die Sonne strahlt in die Küche das die Butter flüssig wird. Ein Blick durchs Fenster lässt mich strahlen wie die Sonne. Hammer Aussicht..unten die Ortschaft und um dich rum die Berge. Die tolle Hütte mit super bequemen Betten und 1A Sanitäranlagen runden das ganze ab. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch noch einen Holzofen. Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich und alles vorhanden....vom Fernseher über Video bis hin zum DVD-Player. Trotz Renovierung sind noch schöne alte Sachen beibehalten worden, wie z.B. die Holzdiele im OG und der Rundum-Balkon. Alle ist funktionell, schön, gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Bergwandern....etc. Nicht zu vergessen ist die liebe und nette Vermieterfamilie, der ich hier nochmal herzlich Danken möchte für den schönen Aufenthalt.
