End of Summer Trip

We lived everything about our condo! It was very clean and exactly as pictured. The amenities of Palmilla were great. We look forward to our next stay.

Friday through Sunday stay. Clean house, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything you need. Communication was fantastic. Would definitely do again.

Very nice place to stay!

Very nice place to stay. A set of bunks would have been better for the number of people advertised, but we made it work. Cleaning staff was excellent! The staff at guest services were not friendly or helpful, but again, we made it work. Perhaps the whole checkin process and access can be explained a bit better. Location is amazing! Great time was had by all!

Place was nice,but couldn’t cook. Stove had only burner that worked. We had a blast, but for what I paid I expected more.

August vacation

Condo location and size was perfect. Comfortable couch and beds. Trundle bed had a cover over it that we had to wash when we got there. 2 towels were provided for beach/pool, I guess we should’ve known to bring more. There was mold in the 2nd bathroom on the ceiling and on the shower curtain liner. Both bathroom toilet seats need replacing. Overall everything else was excellent. Good beach access and the pool was awesome with beverages and snacks available. Husband and son love the golf course. Bring some bug spray, mosquitos were out in force after it rained overnight :)

Poor Customer Service from Vacasa

Door lock malfunctioned 3 times. No map on-site of where pool & fitness center were located. Poor quality mattress & pillows in master bedroom. No replacement batteries for dead tv remote control. Washing machine kept giving error messages with no explanation. No views. Customer service located in Canada was of no help. Will NOT return!

Not very clean or well taken care of

This unit had some great features, but overall we were disappointed for the price we paid. It has a nice well equipped kitchen, the internet worked well, and they provided extra pool/beach towels which was nice to have. However, the unit was not cleaned well upon check in-the patio was covered in dirt and sand, and the queen bed had not had the linens changed as they were sandy. There were no sheets or linens provided for the twin trundle. The smaller bathroom had mold covering the ceiling and was leaking water. Several lightbulbs were burned out and there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels provided. If we visit the Palmilla in the future we will not stay in this unit.
