Welcome to the Sunny Beach House! Experience New Smyrna Beach like a local in this 3-bedroom/2.5-bath townhome. This bright, spacious home is directly across the street from the beach. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 12 & comes fully stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, and beach gear for your enjoyment. Easily bike or walk to grocery stores, shops, restaurants & bars. Pets welcome with a fee. Guests will find two king beds, a queen bed, and a sofa bed, perfect for families or groups. Dogs are welcome with a fee.
