THE NOOK

Avenue Nook is a private 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The layout has the cozy feel of a studio while still giving you a separated bedroom and kitchen. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the living area gives you room to relax between adventures.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a homemade dinner after a long day exploring Salt Lake.

You’ll also have your own washer and dryer, making longer stays especially convenient.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Avenue Nook is a cozy studio apartment within a historic home. Because of the home’s character and construction, guests may occasionally hear normal household sounds.

The apartment is designed to give you your own comfortable space while allowing you to enjoy the charm and character that make the Avenues such a special part of Salt Lake City.

*This is a basement apartment with its own separate entrance and private space. There is a sweet family that lives upstairs!*
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
