Comfortable clean apartment. Good bed and very nice sheets! Washer and dryer came in handy for a stay of several days. Would stay again. Host was responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was adorably decorated, very clean and comfortable! Had all the amenities we needed. Super close to the U which made it perfect!

Lovely Classy Place

The Host was very kind and a pleasure. The place was classy, clean and close to many places I needed to get to. I loved the decor and will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Cute. Right-sized and right location for hospital appointment

Nice little place. Parking was interesting, but it worked. Our first time doing a VRBO and it was a good one.

Very safe area to walk around and find restaurants, coffee shops and to get to the campus. Melanie, the owner, is easy to communicate with. The condo is clean and cute.

We want to live here

We loved everything about this place. The furnishings, the vintage mixed with the new, the location, the comfort and feel, the process and the price. It was all perfect. We’d love living here indefinitely if we could.

Small but mighty

Great for a couple, vintage vibe. Beware it is very loud for traffic if your are a light sleeper and you can hear all the action from upstairs but with some white noise playing I slept like a baby and the location is central to everything. Would stay again!

We stayed at this location for a concert at Rice Eccles stadium. It was a short easy walk to the University and there was even public transit right across the street for those that want that option to explore the area more. The unit itself was very clean, bright, and organized. Easy parking and access/check in - would definitely stay again!

Nice location

This was a very cute apartment with cool antique furnishings. The couch was beautiful but not comfortable to sleep on LOL. Close to UofU for the concert we attended.

Perfect Place

Lovely one bedroom. Comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfect to access downtown and the U. Nice touches: in room laundry, detergent pods for clothes and dishwasher. Roku TV. Really nicely done.

Cute little place!

We just loved the place and the location and especially the decor and just whole feel of the stay! We stayed to be in SLC for my fiancés birthday and the location was perfect for where we needed to go and things we planned to do. After our fun adventures we were able to snuggle up in a nice comfy bed and boy were the blankets just so soft I basically fell right asleep! 10/10 would stay again! The host was also on top of communication and I didn’t feel like I had to worry about anything!

When I was searching for a place to stay, we were going to be at U of U for most of our stay. The proximity of the apartment to the hospital was only 8 minutes away at any time of the day. The host was excellent at communications throughout the whole planning of our trip.The apartment was exactly how they described. Very cozy and clean! The coffee station was well stocked and we were able to have our coffee together in the dining room and read and relax. Due to how long we stayed, I did a couple loads of laundry and both washer and dryer worked wonderfully. The TV is on the smaller side, but had all our streaming services on it. The couch is big enough that we both sat there together and enjoyed our shows.For being so close to the university, I was surprised how quiet the neighbors were at all times of the day. There was always a parking spot available and all the shops we could think of was just a short drive away.If we ever need to return to Salt Lake, I would stay here again hands down!Side note, some of the best pizza I've ever had is only 2 minutes away!

Good apartment but noisy neighbors

Neighbors' foot steps were very disturbing, as if they had huge boots on! Made staying there uncomfortable.
