Absolutely no parties or gatherings, no open flames of any kind including incense, candles, outdoor fires, absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere.
Please follow noise code. Be courteous of the neighbors. This is a peaceful neighborhood. Thank you. All guests must match the booking,
Outside buildings, garage, locked closet by back bedroom are for owners use only. Fireplace is not operational for wood but enjoy the electric one.
