This is a room with a private bathroom in a very quiet and peaceful setting. The kitchen can be shared with other guests. The room has a lock. There is free parking in the area.

We are also located 100 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the entrance to Villa Pallavicini, famous for its camellia blooms and declared Europe's most beautiful park for the years 2021 and 2023.

The house is on the second floor, there are 11 steps and no elevator
