Apartment of mq. 70 in the central residential area, has been totally renovated, finished down to the smallest detail and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.
It consists of: Entrance with large mirrored wardrobe - Living room with sofa, two armchairs, chest of drawers, bookcase, LED color TV, 1 single bed, free WiFi - Spacious fully equipped kitchen with table and 4 seats (new furnishings ) - Bathroom with tub, sink, toilet, bidet - Bedroom with double bed -
All taken care of with the utmost cleanliness.
Independent heating and air conditioning allow you to program the temperature of the accommodation according to the needs of the guests.

Kitchen linen, set of towels for the bathroom, sheets and duvets for your entire stay.

Wonderful apartment in Genova

This immaculate property offered excellent location and amenities. Our host was extremely accommodating and helpful. We walked extensively however bus and taxi were easily accessible. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Genova!

Wonderful apartment

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Giorgio’s beautiful apartment. It was very clean, well equipped, very comfortable to relax in and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again. Giorgio and his daughter Christina were extremely welcoming and accommodating.

Elegant Apartment in a Beautiful City

This is a very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment. A lovely space to come back to after a tiring day exploring the city, and just as nice to stay in when it rains. Immaculately clean, and perfectly appointed - everything the traveller needs for a comfortable stay in Genoa. When we come back to this region of Italy, we would definitely want to rent this apartment again. Giorgio is a warm and welcoming host, who will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

What a beautiful appartment

Giorgio is the perfect host. He has put al his love for beauty in his apartment and give you a very warm and welcome feeling. The apartment was very beautiful and quiet and close by, even for us, to walk to the historic city. We didn't go out every day, but staying a day "at home" wasn't a punishment. Genova is a beautiful and amazing city. We will surely come back some day.

Lovely Stay

Nice, quiet location and on the first floor, so easy access. Comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. Able to do laundry, which was a bonus! The living area was also comfy. Nearby park with great views of ancient walls and arc d’ triumph. Good restaurants and easy to walk all around. It is a city of hills, so must be ok with many steps. We loved Genoa! Great UNESCO sites to explore.

Clean, comfortable & convenient home base for exploring Genova

This apartment was ideal for us and our first time visit to Genova. Pre-planning communication with Giogio helped us prepare for the trip and the check-in was great. Christina was amazing in coming to meet us and help us to explore Genova as well as staying in touch throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The bus #35 just outside the door was super convenient to get around. We definitely recommend this place that is located in a nice, safe & quiet area. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Perfect apartment and hosts for our stay in Genoa

This is our first trip to Italy and we found the location of the apartment to be perfect near to Genoa centre and all the fabulous sights to visit. It was made all the more special by our lovely hosts Giorgio & Linda who couldn't have done more to help us. Giorgio collected us from the airport to the apartment, showed us around and gave us directions to many of the wonderful amenities in Genoa. The apartment is more spacious than the information/photos show and has all the facilities needed to make it a restful stay, including a very comfortable bed. We loved the place and will return soon to spend more happy days in Genoa.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is lovely. Very modern, spotless, comfortable and convenient. The owner and his daughter were so helpful. Giorgio met us at the airport, gave us a quick tour around Genoa and even drove us to cruise terminal at the end of our stay. Apartment was close to bus stop and was very easy to get to center of town and historic sites. Grocery store was fairly close and apartment had everything necessary for preparing easy meals. We recommend apartment for short or longer stays.

Incredible property, excellent location, friendly and attentive hosts.

My wife and I spent the entire month of April at this location and the experience was fantastic. Over the last few years we have rented various VRBO/Homeaway apartments and houses in the U.S. and Italy, and this one is by far the best -- the cleanest, best maintained, best furnished, at a great location in a quiet, pleasant residential neighborhood with taxi and bus stops just a few steps from the front door. 5-10 minutes to the center of Genova by bus. The hosts, Giorgio and Linda, have mastered every conceivable way to present their property and to make their clients comfortable. A fantastic value.

Awesome owner. Perfect location. Apartment completely updated with everything we needed.

Wish every VRBO rental came with a "Georgio." He and his red umbrella met us at the airport; introduced us to Genoa; even took us to the train station when we departed. The apartment was new, having been completely updated. The kitchen had new equipment (even had a Bosch dishwasher) and was stocked with the "necessities," including coffee and tea. Great layout with separate living room and kitchen. It was located in a very quiet area and had the convenience of a market 2 blocks away and a bus stop around the corner. Great! For us, this is definitely the place to stay in Genoa.

A home away from home

Giorgio and his daughter Cristina welcomed use and made us feel most welcome. They could not have done more for us. The apartment had everything you might need and had a homely feel. Giorgio provide plenty of extras which were much appreciated. The bus stop is about 100 mtrs from the front door and you need it as Genoa is quite hilly. We were surprised by Genoa and really enjoyed our stay. We were able to park our car in a secure parking garage a short distance from the apartment. We would highly recommend a meal at Nonna Leo’s - details can be found on TripAdvisor. A great night with Fabrizio the chef.

City Center - Excellent choice!

There is a long list of good things about this apartment. It is an excellent choice! Giorgio, Linda and Cristina are fluent in Italian, Spanish and English. The apartment has been entirely renovated, furnished with good taste, and new appliances. You will find literally everything to feel at home. The apartment is strategically located in Carignano neighborhood: easy access southbound to the Corso Italia – a lovely 4 km passeggiata next to the Mediterranean sea with coffee shops, restaurants and disco bars. North eastbound to via XX Settembre there are nice shops and at the Genova Brignole train station you can take a short trip to visit the Nervi parks and valleys. North westbound, you can visit Piazza Di Ferrari and Porto Antico. From here, there are short ferry tours along the Golfo Paradiso. I love to walk and jog, so everything was at walking distance from Giorgio’s apartment. It is right in the center of the city. If you don’t like to walk, the bus stop is at less than 100 m away. Ah, no train or bus ticket?... No hassle !...Giorgio left a booklet of 10 tickets in the kitchen for you. Genova has a lot to offer, spend at least a week ! Orazio S.

Almost Perfect

This apartment in Genoa is near perfect… Giorgio welcomed us at the door, helped us drop off our bags, then gave us a personal guided tour in his car of the centro storico , allowing us to get oriented. Giorgio’s daughter, Cristina, joined us back at the apartment…she speaks English well…and discussed workings of the appliances and recommended some local restaurants. The kitchen was one of the most well equipped for a rental that we have ever stayed in…and we have come to Italy yearly for nearly 12 years, except pandemic years. And I love to cook. There was enough of the essentials, including coffee, so we didn’t immediately need to go shopping. There were even shopping bags available for the supermarket. Thoughtful!! The apartment was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The living room was comfortable and well lit for reading. The king sized bed was perfect. My wife and I both loved it, and we usually can’t agree on a mattress. We both slept soundly. Cristina works at the visitor center in the Porto Antico. As a result, the apartment is supplied with the best map and brochures on all attractions. I said the apartment is near perfect…the only thing I missed was a stand up shower. But the hand-held shower head within a large tub worked fine. Water pressure and hot water wonderful. VERY quiet! The apartment is well located near bus stops, markets, and taxis. I would rate this apartment a 9.8/10. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming and helpful hosts.

Soggiorno ottimo

Non si trattava di una vacanza, ma di un soggiorno legato ad un intervento nel vicino ospedale. In questa situazione abbiamo apprezzato ancor di più la rara gentilezza del sig. Juste parfait

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et même un peu plus ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, extrêmement gentils, aux petits soins pour leurs locataires toujours prêts à conseiller et à aider. L’appartement est dans un quartier calme à 5 mn en bus du centre et 20/30 mn à pied. Le parking privé payant est extrêmement pratique car il est difficile de se garer à Gênes. Pour les excursions à l’extérieur de Gênes la gare de Brignole est à proximité 10/15 mn à pied. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et particulièrement de l’accueil exceptionnel de Georgio et Linda !

Schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung in Genua

Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr gut gelegen, in wenigen Minuten ist das Zentrum erreichbar. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe durch den Vermieter organisiert. Und haben Tips bekommen, wie verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten am besten zu erreichen sind. Genua ist eine Reise wert - in freundlicher Unterkunft

Wir haben uns in unserer Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen in einem ruhigen Viertel, auch die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt seinen Gästen viele nützliche Tipps für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Bei einem Besuch Genuas würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten, das ist sicher.

Susanna e Elke sono state due ospiti eccezionali, simpatiche, sportive, precise e ordinate che hanno lasciato l'appartamento in perfetto ordine. Perfettamente organizzate sono riuscite, nel breve periodo di permanenza a visitare chiese, musei e i principali luoghi caratteristici della città. È stato un piacere conoscerle e ci auguriamo di poterle incontrare ancora. Le raccomandiamo vivamente a quanti avranno il piacere di ospitare.

Eine Wohnung die man empfehlen kann!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr ruhig. Nur muss man viel Treppenstufen in Kauf nehmen, um in die Stadt oder ans Meer zu kommen!

Genua, tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und top an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angeschlossen. Supermarkt, Park, Meer fußläufig erreichbar.

Es war alles da was man braucht . Der Vermieter Giorgio ist ein ganz netter. Seine Tochter Christina natürlich auch eine ganz nette , spricht außerdem super deutsch .

Ospiti simpatici, precisi e corretti hanno avuto la massima cura per il nostro appartamento che hanno lasciato in perfetto rodine. Assolutamente raccomandabili e a quanti avranno occasione di ospitarli.

Einfach perfekt! Absolut sauber, herzliche Vermieter und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!!!

Die Gastgeber sind so herzlich, wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe. Das kümmern, dass alles klappt im Vorfeld mit der Anreise, der Empfang, die Einweisung in die Wohnung. Die Familie hat sich Zeit genommen für uns, ist mit uns zum Parkhaus gegangen, um uns den Weg zu zeigen. Es liegt ein paar Minuten zu Fuss (sehr gut zu erreichen) entfernt, wird überwacht, nachts abgesperrt. Man bekommt vom Vermieter einen Schlüssel, damit man Zugang hat. Wir waren froh, diese Möglichkeit zu haben. Vor und um die Ferienwohnung sind zwar Parkplätze, aber recht teuer und zeitbegrenzt. Man ist schnell in der Altstadt, auch zu Fuss oder im neuen Stadtteil. Die Wohnung liegt praktisch dazwischen. Auch das Meer ist nicht sehr weit entfernt. Bussverbindung haben wir jetzt nicht ausprobiert, fahren ständig, wir wollten Genua einfach zu Fuß erleben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ebenfalls ins Laufnähe. Obwohl das Apartment in einem Mehrfamilienhaus ist, war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben himmlisch geschlafen. Soll heißen: Auch das Bett war überdurchschnittlich bequem und kuschelig. Die Verständigung hat sehr gut geklappt konnte auf deutsch durchgeführt werden. Liebe Familie Guida wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt bei Ihnen. Nicht nur wie Gäste, sie haben uns wie Familie behandelt und das tut in der heutigen Zeit sehr gut. Obwohl wir nur 4 Nächte bleiben konnten, haben wir uns super erholt und das Dank Ihres gemütlichen Heimes. Vielen Dank für die herzlichen Aufnahme und einfach für alles. Wir sind so begeistert und kommen gerne einmal wieder. Bleiben Sie gesund. Herzliche Grüße von A&C

Es war eine Freude, Carmen und Axel zu treffen und zu bewirten. Nette Leute, präzise, ordentlich, sie haben unsere Wohnung mit größter Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit hinterlassen, die sie in einwandfreiem Zustand und sauber hinterlassen haben.
