Charming 100 m² house, just 700 m from the sea, with private garden and partial ocean view.
You'll enjoy a spacious living room with open kitchen, as well as three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The private garden is ideal for long summer evenings.
Pornic awaits you with its lively port, summer activities, thalassotherapy, golf and casino. After your outings, you can relax in the garden, in the peace and quiet and close to the beaches.
Everything is within walking distance. Pornic's most beautiful beach is 700 m from the house. At the end of the street, you'll find plenty of sports facilities and children's play equipment. Cinemas, cafés and restaurants are also within walking distance, in the charming village of Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer, with its lively Wednesday and Saturday markets. A supermarket is also nearby.
The port of Pornic is a 5-minute drive away, the thalassotherapy center 10 minutes, and the casino 7 minutes. A free shuttle service is available to get you there.
