Haus Birkentraum WE 2: Cozy 2-room apartment with a terrace near the beach

This cosy 2-room apartment (approx. 46 m²), located near the beach on the ground floor and ground floor (accessible via an interior staircase), is highly functional and fully furnished. The bedroom has laminate flooring, while the living area, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people.

The cosy and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with chairs and a wall unit. From the living room, you have direct access to the large patio with patio furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen includes a kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious bedroom (on the 1st floor) is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands with lamps, a spacious closet, and a chest of drawers.

The additional sleeper sofa located here provides comfortable sleeping accommodation for a third person.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a real glass shower enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a hair dryer, and a toilet.

If needed, a laundromat is available in the immediate vicinity of your holiday rental (approx. 100 m) for washing your holiday clothes.

In the rear garden area, there is a barbecue area with a charcoal grill that can be used by all guests.

In addition, a sauna area with loungers and a tanning bed is available in the adjacent building. This facility can be used by all guests upon request for a fee (€15.00).

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the house; your bicycles can be stored in the back of the property. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your holiday rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose.

Due to the steep internal staircase leading from the ground floor to the ground floor, this apartment is unfortunately not suitable for children under 5 years of age or people with disabilities. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
