Zaunkönig WE 5: modern and friendly 2-room apartment

This 2-room apartment (approx. 34 m²) on the ground floor, which was completely renovated and refurnished in the spring of 2026, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. All rooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring with a wood-grain design.

The holiday apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the entryway—which features a coat rack, bench, closet, shoe rack, and mirror—you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday rental.

The modern and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 3 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² sunny and partially covered terrace (facing west) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs and a radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet. There is also an additional TV available here.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with pleated blinds or curtains for blackout.

The modern bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a floor-level, senior-friendly entry, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large entryway closet (with a cabinet, shoe rack, bench, and mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

If needed, a laundromat near your holiday apartment (Friedrich-Borgwardt-Str.) is available for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 5) assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be parked in a designated bicycle area within the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your holiday rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by 3 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for the third person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous stay) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.

Holiday Apartment 5 is located right next door to Holiday Apartment 6. This is particularly appealing for families or guests interested in a group holiday in separate apartments within the same building.
