A warm welcome to the "Bismarck B12" vacation rental in the newly renovated Bismarck 1884 building on Norderney. This vacation rental boasts a perfect location, just a stone’s throw from the beach and the famous surf café, yet still within easy reach of downtown.

The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 180x200 cm.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a toilet, and a shower. In the cozy living room, you’ll find a 160x200 cm sofa bed that can serve as a sleeping arrangement for one additional person. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine.

The Scandinavian-style decor gives the apartment a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is even dog-friendly, so your four-legged companion is also welcome.

The saying “to stick your neck out” can be taken literally here, because the sea is within sight.

The newly renovated “Bismarck 1884” is located right next to the beach and Norderney’s town center. The 13 vacation apartments accommodate 1–4 people, and your four-legged friend is also welcome here. In early 2024, all apartments underwent extensive renovations and were equipped with new furniture and new kitchens.
Furnished with great attention to detail, each apartment has its own unique character and invites you to linger, even on rainy days.
