- Microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with separate freezer, capsule coffee machine, air conditioning (hot/cold), Spanish and German TV channels as well as Netflix

- Sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed

- 1 bathroom with shower

- Large, covered veranda with table, chairs and sun loungers

- Pool (9 x 5 metres) for shared use with the owners

- Use of washing machine possible (available for an extra fee)

- Non-smoking accommodation

- Separately fenced house with private entrance on a 1500 m² plot, offering plenty of privacy

The well-known beaches La Barrosa and Playa Roche can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The neighbouring towns of Conil de la Frontera, Vejer de la Frontera and San Fernando are also quickly accessible.
