Wunderschöner Seeblick und super sauber

2 Dinge sind wirklich knallermäßig: 1. So eine saubere Ferienwohnung (drinnen wie draußen) habe ich noch nie gesehen. 2. Der See-Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich unglaublich schön. Schon alleine dafür lohnt die Reise. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Wohlfühloase

Bereits zum dritten Mal haben wir in der Casa übernachtet und wir haben dieses Mal auch gleich vor Ort für '26 gebucht. Ich denke das sagt alles aus .... Die Appartements sind ausreichend groß, die Betten (zumindest für uns) bequem, es ist soweit alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht in dem man sich selbst versorgt. Parkplätze gibt es auch reichlich und ich glaube es gibt sogar sowas wie einen Brötchenservice. Zumindest habe ich am Abreisetag solche Tüten an einzelnen Eingängen gesehen.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Gardasee perfekt. Als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten sehr gut geeignet.

Wundervoll

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Frühstücksbrötchen kann man vor Ort bestellen und am nächsten Tag von 8 Uhr bis 10 Uhr an der Rezeption abholen. Die Lage ist wundervoll. Tagsüber ist die Straße sehr belebt aber Abends sehr ruhig. Die Küchenausstattung war gut, alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem. Restaurant und ein Spar Markt zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommen sicherlich wieder.

Hervorragend

Die Gastgeberin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft stimmt 1 zu 1 zu den Bildern. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alles super modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist top ausgestattet. Man kann auch Brötchen zum Frühstück bestellen. Ansonsten kann man auch Brötchen im SPAR Markt kaufen. Ist ganz in der Nähe. Die Lage ist atemberaubend schön. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit Traumblick

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Wir haben ein 2 Zimmer Apartment bewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Apartment war mit allem nötigsten ausgestattet und wirklich super sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft und die Besitzerin der Anlage sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden bei einem weiteren Besuch am Gardasee auf jeden Fall wieder in die Casa Maria kommen.

Great View, not much else

The view of our lake from our balcony was amazing. Unfortunately that's about it. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable, the sheets and blankets were scratchy making sleep difficult, plus we had to pay extra for the terrible sheets. Oh yeah, we also had to pay or towels which were hard and only useful as an exfoliant. There was no toilet paper or paper towels, or hand soap, and not even a salt shaker.We were also charged a cleaning fee which we have never been charged for a Vrbo before.

Einfach nur grandios

Wir waren bereits im letzten Jahr schon zu Gast im Casa Maria und haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Es ist sauber, es ist groß und geräumig und es ist soweit alles da was man benötigt. Die Aussicht auf den See ist fantastisch. Und selbst wenn man, wie wir, immer mal später von einer Tour zurück kommt, findet man einen Parkplatz. Wir werden immer wieder gerne kommen.

Gute Wohnung direkt am See

Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Schritte zum See und kleinen schmalen Strand, ein gut sortierter Spar-Markt ist auch in der Nähe, ein paar Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist jedoch ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist sauber, bestehend aus 2 kleinen Zimmern inkl. einer Küchenzeile mit allem Nötigen, schöne Terrasse, gutes Badezimmer. Der Empfang ist auch sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Decken sind ziemlich groß, ca. 150x 230cm.

Obiekt zgodny z opisem . Czysto ,cicho i wspaniala baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Gardy .5 min samochodem do Malcesine skąd można udać się promem do Limone .Również niedaleko kolejka górska na Monte Baldo.Do sklepu ok.350m (De Spar) Właścicielka chętnie odpowiadała na nasze pytania. Jedyny minusik to brak jakichkolwiek środków czystości tj.mydlo ,płyn do zmywania (mozna zakupić w pobliskim sklepie) Gorąco polecam

Prima appartement

Net appartement met prima keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer. Het heeft geen airco dus neem wel een ventilator mee als je in de zomer gaat (dan is het goed te doen). Het appartement ligt aan het meer. Dat is top, maar betekent ook dat het dicht aan de doorgaande weg ligt, dat is wat minder.

Piękny widok z balkonu

Każdego dnia zachwycaliśmy się pięknym widokiem z balkonu. Mieszkanie posiadało wszystko, co potrzebne do wypoczynku. Czyste, schludne, dobrze wyposażone. Przewiewne. Niestety nie ma możliwości wcześniejszego przekazania kluczy, trzeba czekać do 16:00. Miejscowość spokojna bez tłumów turystów. Dobry punkt wypadowy by zwiedzać różne miejsca nad Gardą.

Bijzonder schoon appartement, compleet uitgerust en vriendelijk onthaal. Wel vanaf vroeg in de middag vol in het zonnetje, helaas geen airco. Al met al een aanrader, echter voor mensen met mobiliteits-uitdagingen is dit geen ideaal appartement.

Wohlfühlen mit Aussicht

Ferienwohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage (ca. 50 Meter zum See) in einem reizenden, ruhigen Örtchen. Sehr gut und funktionell ausgestattet (Küche, Bad, alles top) mit grandiosem Blick auf den See. Prima Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (z. B. vor Ort zum "Balot tacà via") und nicht weit nach Malcesine oder Brenzone, wer mehr Trubel haben will. Ausgesprochen nette Vermieterinnen (Tochter & Mutter). Komme sehr gerne wieder, habe rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Grazie mille!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber. Man hatte vom Balkon einen guten Blick auf den See, An der Rückseite war auch ein kleiner Balkon. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, auch Euro-Steckdosen vorhanden, auch einige nur mit Adapter nutzbar. TV nur auf Italienisch. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil, Parkplätze bei voller Belegung knapp. Das WLAN war mal da und mal nicht, vollkommen unbrauchbar. Anreise erst ab 16 Uhr ist meiner Meinung nach zu spät, sollte man drüber nachdenken. Für den Preis war es okay.
