Beautiful, cosy country house "Les Trois Baudets", surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Elliant, 5.5 km from the centre of Rosporden, outside the resort, 18.5 km from the centre of Concarneau, 19 km from the sea, 19 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 4 ha with trees, meadow. Private: garden 400 m2 with wildlife garden and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Salle des Sports" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Les Sables Blancs,Concarneau" 19 km. Sports harbour 21 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 19 km, sailing school 19 km. Nearby attractions: Quimper 18 km, Tregunc 19 km, Pont-Aven 20 km, Pointe de Trevignon 27 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Les Trois Baudets", 3-room house 125 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV and CD-player. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). Parquet floors. Terrace, south facing position, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Great holiday home

Very nice, clean and quiet location. The house is nicely arranged, the equipment new and appropriate. A large garden and terrace offer plenty of space outdoors. The property is very remote, the provided bar code for the navigation is helpful.

Bretonische Ruhe mit grosser Gastlichkeit

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern und großem Garten. Sehr ruhig, aber mit dem Auto sind Städte, Supermärkte und Restaurants schnell erreichbar. Besonders erwähneswert sind die liebevollen Gastgeber, die uns mit Cidre, selbstgebackenem Brot und Obst aus dem Garten versorgten.

Beau gîte dans une belle nature

Le gîte est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et se trouve dans une nature magnifique. Il est absolument calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle terrasse. Notre hôte était très gentil et s'est très bien occupé de nos besoins. La douche pourrait être un peu plus grande et l'internet un peu plus rapide. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise.

Leuk gelegen, rustige gîte met alles wat je nodig hebt. Toffe tuin en rustige omgeving. De badkamer is wel aan de zeer kleine kant. Voor de rest: echt een aanrader.

Malgré le temps mitigé, bien situé pour excursions. Très bel endroit. Juste Vmc qui fait un peu de bruit, mais on peut la couper.

Wunderbarer Rückzugsort in heißen Sommern und nur 20 km vom Meer entfernt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die aber extra wohnen und trotzdem bei Fragen aufgeschlossen kommunizieren, sehr sehr freundliches Ambiente. Wir würden wieder hinfahren !

Tolles Grundstück, schönes Haus

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen wurden und hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind herrlich und gut vor anderen Blicken geschützt.Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet. Das Ehebett ist ein 1,60m x 2m Bett mit getrennten Bettzeug. Herrlich und für französische Verhältnisse eher selten. Im Elternzimmer rauscht es immer ein wenig, da dort eine Lüftung installiert ist. Das W-Lan ist sehr instabil gewesen. Das Bad ist klein und weniger komfortabel, aber ok. Alles topp.

+ Sehr ruhige Lage, schöne Terrasse, Küche ordentlich ausgestattet, Doppelbett gut, Hühner spaßig, Esel extrem drollig, Vermieter sehr freundlich, WLAN OK. - Toilette ohne Waschbecken, sehr kleines und beengtes Bad, Dusche mit Duschvorhang :-( , fast keine Aufhäng-Möglichkeit für Handtücher, keine Toilette im OG bei Schlafzimmern, Haus generell etwas klamm, Heizung etwas unterdimensioniert.

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus

Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Vermieterin im bestens ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Trotz der direkten Nachbarschaft der Besitzer, hat man eine grosse Privatsphäre. Das Haus war sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Zentrale Lage ausserhalb von Elliant (Auto erforderlich) zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Meer. Waren das erste Mal, aber nicht das letzte Mal hier.
