-House located 250 m from the coastal path and 500 m from the beach (fine sand). It is located in a very quiet subdivision. Many walks by trail from the rental. Nearby cities to visit (Concarneau, Pont Aven, Moëlan, Trévignon, Névez, Quimper, Fouesnant ...) Small enclosed garden with large terrace overlooking a field of sheep. Garden lounge sun loungers, barbecue. Baby equipment (bed, chair, booster seat, park, deckchair)

Ground floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, shower room, garage (washing machine, freezer)
Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 separate beds that can be pushed together), bathroom (bath), a separate toilet

A deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of departure (except damages).

La maison est très agréable, clartive, bien entretenue et située dans un environnement calme et reposant.L’emplacement est idéal : un parfait point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions et de magnifiques randonnées dans la région.En tant que propriétaires de chien, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le terrain entièrement clos, qui offre un vrai confort et une grande tranquillité.Les hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles et d’une grande simplicité. Nous avons été bien reçus, avec en plus une délicate attention à notre arrivée : un délicieux gâteau breton qui nous a fait très plaisir.Nous recommandons ce lieu sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Das Haus liegt nahe der Küste mit Badestrand unweit Concarneau und eignet sich gut aus Ausgangspunkt zu Ausflügen bis zur Belle Ile als auc hnach Westen bis Douarnenez. Drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder und separierte WCs bieten hohen Komfort. Küche etc. gut ausgestattet, Terrasse und Grill als praktische Etrgänzung für schöne Abende, wenn man frische leckereien auf dem Markt gekauft hat. Das sehr saubere haus wurde von den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern incl. eines hervorragenden Gateau Breton zur Begrüßung übergeben. Die Kommunikation war direkt und sehr gut. Das Haus können wir sehr weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Location am Atlantik

Sylvie hat uns mit einem Kuchen begrüßt. Das war sehr nett. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist grandios und man kann von hier tolle Wanderungen und Ausflüge machen. Sylvie und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Gastgeber und wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben 3 sehr schöne Wochen Urlaub hier verbracht. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und so hatten unsere Hunde auch ihren Spaß.

Ferienhaus in Meeresnähe

Trotz kleiner Sprachbarriere wurden wir von Sylvie sehr nett begrüßt und mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen überrascht. Das Haus ist hell, freundlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und das Meer quasi vor der Tür. Merci Andrea und Thomas

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison très confortable, au calme et proche de la plage. Nous avons été bien accueilis par des propriétaires sympathiques qui nous ont fait quelques suggestions de visites de la région et le gâteau breton de Sylvie est une merveille ! Tout est beau dans ce coin de Bretagne que nous avons eu plaisir à découvrir, le sentier côtier alterne de magnifiques vues mer et des havre de fraîcheur sous les arbres. Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt fußläufig zum feinen Sandstrand in einer kleinen Siedlung. Es ist ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir haben und auch bei den leider zahlreichen Regentagen sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit den netten Vermietern war immer unkompliziert. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es 5 Autominuten entfernt. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns während unserer zwei Ferienwochen ausgesprochen wohl und sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche. Die Einrichtung ist sehr funktional und sauber, die Lage ist ruhig und Strandnah und für Hundebesitzer ist das Haus aufgrund des ausbruchsicheren Gartens perfekt. Wir werden mit Freude wiederkommen.
