"Pineta", 2-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

teils sehr ungepflegtes Objekt

Die Küche ist recht ordentlich eingerichtet und zweckmäßig sowie sauber. Der Kühlschrank war allerdings stark vereist und lief durchgehend. Den Schlafbereich würden wir persönlich als unzumutbar einstufen: starker Modergeruch im Einbauschrank, Matratze steinhart, Nut- und Federbretter statt Lattenrost, keine saubere Bettwäsche, kein Wechsel wie vereinbart. Klimaanlage defekt. Bad: WC-Spülung schwappt über wie Fontäne, sonst zweckmäßig wenn auch veraltet. Preis-Leistung ungerechtfertigt

Lage war für uns perfekt.Erdgeschosswohnung leider sehr dunkel und schattig. Zweckmässig möbliert.Zu dritt war es okay. Für mehr zu klein.
