Semi-detached house "Hacienda". 2 km from the centre of Tinjan, 20 km from the centre of Poreč, 30 km from the centre of Pula, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 15'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Private: property 4'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 450 m, rocky beach 20 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Youth groups are not allowed.

Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Forced-air heating. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and 1 room with 2 beds are 3 steps above the living/dining room.

Nettes Ferienhaus für max.4 Personen

Sehr nettes älteres Paar als Vermieter, die sehr besorgt waren und uns immer mit frischen Gartenerzeugnissen zu versorgen. Pool ist sehr sauber und genügend Platz für Kids.Tischtennisplatte, Schaukel, Volleyballnetz usw. Mir fehlten für draussen bequeme Stühle.Leider nur Tisch+Bänke. Haus ist relativ klein mit 4 Betten und 2 kleinen Bädern mit Dusche.Es ist aber sehr Sauber und Ordentlich.Die sehr kleine Küche ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet und leider ohne Backofen.

Wunderschön

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und übergab und eine sehr saubere Unterkunft. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen von der sehr netten Betreiberin einen kleinen Rundgang durch das Anwesen. Wir müssen hervorheben, dass wir die Immobilie in einem sehr, sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden haben! Kein Staubkrumel,Geschirr und alle Küchengeräte ohne Makel! Die einzige Überraschung die uns etwas aufgestossen ist war, dass eines der Schlafzimmer eine art grösseres Durchgangszimmer ist! Hat uns nicht groß gestört ... sollte man aber ausweisen als solches!

Tophuisje in rustige omgeving!

Superfijn en mooi huisje is rustige omgeving. Alles erop een eraan. Ligt in het binnenland van Istrie maar is toch slechts circa 20 minuten van Porec vandaan. Hele vriendelijke eigenaren die regelmatig verse eieren en zelf gekweekte komkommers kwamen brengen. Heerlijk zwembad. Buiten BBQ is ook super. Fijne tafeltennistafel. Een kolibrie en een specht gespot. Ook jog een paar herten tijdens het hardlopen in de buurt. Kortom: we hebben het super gehad.
