Beautiful, cosy resort "Le Clos d'Azur". 150 houses in the residence. 4 km from the centre of La Motte, 3 km from the centre of Le Muy, 60 km from the centre of Cannes, in a sunny position, 24 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (18 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Poolhouse, terrace, garden furniture. 60 m footpath to the house. Shop 3 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 12 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 24 km. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m.
