Our apartment is confortable, luminous and clean, and is very well located in Alicante in a landscaped place and equidistant to three better beaches: the Postiguet, Albufereta and San Juan and the best thing is than it is not next to them.
So, it is possible to enjoy the tranquility in the vacations and the leisure in the beautiful millenarian city of Alicante. You can reach the beaches in few minutes through the freeway Via Parque that also has a track to bicycles or with the well communicated public transport.
Upon returning from the beach, the lunch at home waits for you, or in one of the many restaurants that there are in the centers of leisure of La Gran Vía or Vistahermosa that are hundred of meters away from the apartment.
Also, there are commercial shops, cinemas, bowling, health centers with covered swimming pools and jacuzzi.
In front of the apartment is a great municipal park with sport tracks to perform sports.

It was a nice place and very easy to check in to. Not far from the shopping centrum and only around 20 minutes with the bus. The place was nice and everything was very clean as well. I would definitely come here again.

Our month in Alicante

We are two elderly ladies who wished to stay one month in Alicante. We spent many hours looking for suitable accommodation. It had to be, quiet,safe and clean . The flat we chose filled filled all criteria- and more ! It was very well equipped and very comfortable ( the beds were so comfy ,we slept like logs) . There was a bus stop close to the flat so the centre of Alicante was easily accessible. Our hosts were so helpful and kind and answered any queries we had promptly and efficiently. Thank you so much for a wonderful month

Super appartement et proche de tout.

Le sejour s'est super bien passer, les propriétaires sont tres agréable, disponible et accueillant. Le logement est fonctionnel et très propre. Cependant le temps de notre séjour la piscine n'etait pas fonctionnelle mais cela ne nous a pas empecher de passer de tres bonnes vacances. Je recommande ce logement pour des vacances en famille. Merci beaucoup.

Tolle Zeit in Alicante!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen in einer Wohnanlage mit kleinem Park und Kinderspielplatz vor der Tür. Einkaufscenter mit Supermarkt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Hafen und die schönsten Strände ( San Juan ) liegen ganz in der Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz für Familie mit Kindern. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in jedem Fall. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlich für die freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung bei Ankunft bedanken :-). Excellent séjour à Alicante et dans la propriété Vistahermosa

Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et nous ont aidé sur toutes nos questions et même lors de notre départ vers l'aéroport avec les taxi... Appartement spacieux et bien équipé aussi (il manquait juste une poêle :)). L'appartement bien localisé, à proximité de toutes les commodités et des moyens de transport. Il faisait très chaud à Alicante, on se baladait la matinée et la fin d'après midi, et on rentrait le midi pour que les enfants se reposent. Belle ville pour un séjour en famille avec des jeunes enfants entre ville, plages, nature et villes historiques à proximité. On y reviendra ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil !

Bien que l'appartement ne se trouve pas au centre de la ville, nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet endroit et la localisation de celui-ci (tout près du carrefour GranVia, dans un endroit calme et paisible). Un arrêt d'autobus se trouve directement à l'entrée de l'appartement, rendant facile tous les déplacements (10min du centre-ville et 5min des lignes de tram). Juan, le propriétaire, est une personne serviable et d'une gentillesse débordante. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eut droit à plusieurs explications qui ont grandement facilité notre voyage et à un accueil très chaleureux. Toutefois, si nécessaire, prévoir une connexion 3G parce qu'il n'y a pas de wifi.

Desde el principio la comunicación con los propietarios fue rápida, profesional y súper atenta haciéndonos sentir cómodos y bienvenidos incluso antes de llegar. El piso es tal y como se describe y lo que uno espero para unas vacaciones : amplio, limpio, tranquilo y fresco para ser pleno verano, Algo muy a tener en cuenta Nuestra familia estaba compuesta de niños y personas mayores con alguna dificultad física y no hubo ningún problema de acceso y todos estuvimos muy cómodos. No andábamos buscando lujos, o pisos a estrenar y encontramos a la perfección lo que buscábamos : un sitio cómodo, cerca de la playa ( 10 minutos en coche a la estupenda playa de San Juan ) , supermercados/centro comercial a un par de minutos, unos propietarios súper atentos y a muy buen precio ... No se puede pedir más !!! Muchas gracias por su trato y atenciones Juan , Vicenta y señora Clara ,hasta pronto !!!

Pretty wide apartment, clean, fresh, comfortable and fully equipped. The photos in the announcement give an exact idea of its content. The 6 beds are divided in 3 rooms and are REALLY 6 beds, so you don't need to walk over other sleeping people if you get up in the night.. In the nearby there's anything you need, a commercial center and 2 public buses to reach almost every place (beaches, the city center). No problem to park the car in front of the house itself. ..and, overall, Juan is really pleasant!!!
