Die Lage der Residenz ist optimal, der Parkplatz inklusive und das Haus sehr gepflegt. Auch die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen, war für mich ein guter Grund die Residenz zu besuchen. Außerdem hat die Kommunikation und die kurzfristige Absprache super geklappt.
