The Gîte Le Flot house at the foot of the Burgundy Canal is ideally located in Saint-Florentin for occasional weekly accommodation for workers or to spend a weekend or week with the family. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful open space living room / dining room / kitchen equipped with everything you need to eat or have lunch and can therefore accommodate six people.
The Gîte is located 2 minutes walk from the aquatic center Le Flow with gym and relaxation area, there is also a children's play area 4 minutes walk away. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for teleworking, a television and a washing machine
A playground is available in the surrounding area.
The municipal swimming pool Le Flow is easily accessible from the property.
Free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage.
