Independent house of character, typically Breton, fully enclosed, (hurdles), very comfortable, pleasant ... 1.5km from the sea, near the small port of Binic and pool, near Paimpol and famous pink granite coast, from Cape Freels and Fort Lalatte, St Malo, Dinan, Dinard ...
On the ground floor: a large living room with fireplace, open to the kitchen, a bedroom with a bed of 160. Upstairs: a large TV area and games room located between two rooms: one with a bed 140, the other with 3 beds of 90, the whole paneled with old visible beams
Exposure: south-west, on a height with a vision on the Church Steeple of 53m!
At 200m, small lake very nice with games for children ...
A really nice house to live overlooking the fenced garden
The bottom of the house you follow the stream along the path that leads directly to the sea.

Visit the beautiful chapel of Vaudic dating from the 16th and the small chapel of Our Lady of the Guard near the sea!

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en Bretagne

Nous avons trouvé une maison parfaite avec beaucoup de place pour notre famille, un très bon équipement et un beau grand jardin pour se détendre et jouer. La communication avec le propriétaire avant et pendant les vacances a été parfaite. Merci encore pour le merveilleux accueil et le savoureux "message de bienvenue". Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le temps passé dans cette belle maison historique et nous la recommandons vivement.

Un séjour super avec pout toute la famille

Notre séjour est très bien passé. La maison était parfaite pour notre petite famille et la région super belle. Nous avons bien aimé le joli jardin et la cuisine bien equipée. Rien à reprocher

Nous étions 7 amies et ne pouvions pas espérer mieux ! La maison est super agréable et confortable, le jardin très grand, la location se trouve à proximité des plages (entre 20 et 30min à pied), des commeces (15min en vélo) et du petit village (15min à pied). Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, l'essentiel est accessible à pied, en vélo ou en bus. Aussi, le propriétaire de la maison a été extrêmement gentil, réactif et nous a bien informées sur les alentours avant et pendant notre séjour. Bref, une très très bonne semaine ensoleillée entre amies à Pordic !

Idéale pour la Bretagne en famille !

Excellent séjour en Août. Belle région avec plages et activités pour les enfants. Loueur de vélos électriques à Tournemine, matériel pour bébé, balançoire dans le jardin... impeccable !

Wunderschönes altes Haus mit großem Garten für Kinder

Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nah am Meer. Unsere Kinder haben viel im Garten gespielt und wir konnten den Urlaub genießen!

Très jolie maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison, agréable, confortable et bien équipée. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants (3, 6 et 10 ans). L'espace intérieur est chaleureux. Le jardin est parfait pour les petits et les grands (jeux, balançoire, prendre ses repas ou juste se reposer au soleil...). Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. La mer est toute proche (plusieurs plages possibles). La région est magnifique. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Gegend

Wir haben für unseren Urlaub in der Bretagne ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem sehr großen und gepflegten Garten vorgefunden. Der Vermieter hat uns den Schlüssel ausgehändigt und uns eine Einführung in Haus, Küche und Garten gegeben. Das Haus ist groß genug für eine 6-köpfige Familie, die Kinder haben den Garten zum Spielen geliebt, und wir konnten jeden Tag draußen Essen. Als eine Tür klemmte, kam der Vermieter sofort, um sie zu richten. Die Lage in der Nähe des Strandes hat uns auch abends noch spontane Badeausflüge erlaubt. Jeden Tag haben wir interessante Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und viel von der Region gesehen.Ebenso lädt die Gegend zu Fahrradausflügen ein; der Vermieter stellt sogar Fahrräder. Wir waren mit allen super zufrieden.

Vacances parfaites

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison et l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, les propriétaires sont adorables. Jardin spacieux, agréable. Maison tout confort on s'y sent bien de suite. Si l'occasion se présente nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Vacances magnifiques

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans la maison à Pordic qui nous a beaucoup plu! Les propriétaires étaient très sympa et nous ont gentiment accueillis. Les enfants ont surtout aimé le jardin et la chambre d´enfants (livres et jeux de société inclus). Rien ne manquait: machine à laver, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, four, micro-ondes, vélos ... un séjour inoubliable. Merci beaucoup!

Excellente location

Très agréable maison, bien équipée. La demeure est spacieuse et nous a permis de réunir famille et amis. Le jardin est très propre et nous avons pu profiter des chaises longues quand le temps l'a permis. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et acommodants. Ils nous ont très bien reçus et nous avons apprécié les galettes, confiture et cidre pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Ils avaient des bicyclettes à notre disposition, mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de les utiliser. Pour conclure, nous recommandons cette location et espérons pouvoir y revenir. Les deux semaines passées dans cette région ont été très agréables.

Très bon séjour

Maison tout à fait conforme à la description, très agréable à vivre et spacieuse, rien ne manque. Région magnifique autant par les sites naturels à découvrir ( île de Bréhat, côte de granit rose, petites plages, falaises de Plouha, cap Fréhel, ..) que par le patrimoine à visiter ( St Malo, Dinan, fort de la Latte, Pontrieu, l'abbaye de Beauport, ...), sans oublier les spécialités locales, galettes et crêpes bien sûr, mais aussi poissons et fruits de mer ainsi que toutes les gourmandises sucrées. Bref nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 2 semaines à 6 ( 3 adultes et 3 enfants) dans cette jolie maison de famille à Pordic. Merci aux propriétaires ainsi qu'à la sœur de Monsieur, pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse et merci pour les petites attentions qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Nous recommanderons cette location à notre entourage.

Knus huis van binnen en met een grote tuin. Zowel voor volwassenen als kinderen een fijne plek om te verblijven. Mooie omgeving, kleine strandjes en leuke stadjes.

Echter Wohlfühl-Urlaub - Erwartungen übertroffen

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Der große, schön angelegte und nahezu uneinsehbare Garten lädt vom ersten Moment an zur Erholung ein: Von der Schaukel über den Grill zu den Liegen unter den Sonnenschirmen. Das Haus ist authentisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet für fünf Personen mehr als genug Platz. Alles ist komplett ausgestattet, gemütlich, sauber und ordentlich. Sogar Spiele und Bücher sind vorhanden. Trotz der ruhigen Lage mit Blick auf die Dorfkirche sind Ortszentrum, Supermarkt, Strand und Klippen gut zu erreichen, sogar zu Fuß, auf jeden Fall aber mit den gestellten Fahrrädern. Besonders erwähnenswert ist aber der überaus freundliche Empfang durch den Vermieter, seine Hilfsbereitschaft und die vielen wertvollen Tipps für Unternehmungen. Pordic an sich ist sehr günstig gelegen. Viele kleinere Attraktionen liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung, aber auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal für Fahrten in weiter entfernte Gegenden. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen und würden uns sehr freuen, wenn wir nochmal Gelegenheit für ein Wiedersehen haben.

Wir haben uns in dem typisch-bretonischen Ferienhaus vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt....

und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Familie Poences hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus ist schon lange im Familienbesitz mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Garten bietet Kindern ein abgeschlossenes kleines Reich, so dass sich die Eltern entspannen können. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung! Auch die Marmelade der Hausherrin.... ;-))

Wonderful stay and great host

Me and a friend had a wonderful stay in this house. The host was very friendly and helpful and provided useful information about the house and the surroundings. Everything was as depicted on the site and it was spotless clean upon arrival. We didn't have a car, so it was perfect for us to lend the bikes that came with the house. With bike and/or by foot you reach many great things in the surroundings: The village centre, the beaches, the nearby town of Binic, the big supermarket. I would recommend this house and host and I myself would be happy to return. Thank you so much for this beautiful house, hope to see you again soon!

Schöner Uralub

Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem was man braucht. Ein Kamin spendet Wärme für gemütliche Stunden an kühleren Abenden oder beim gemeinsamen Essen. Der Garten bietet genügend Platz zum Spielen, Erholen, Grillen ... Ob Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung oder Ausflüge, Lösungen bei Problemen - der Vermieter hat jederzeit ein offenes Ohr. Der Kontakt war von der ersten E-Mail an sehr unkompliziert und nett. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Uralub!

Séjour très agréable (malgré un temps incertain!)

Accueil très chaleureux de Monsieur Poences ( très bonne la confiture de rhubarbe en cadeau d'arrivée!). La maison est très agréable avec un beau jardin parfait pour les enfants. L'environnement est calme et la mer à proximité. Si le ciel bleu s'invite c'est parfai! Que de bons souvenirs.

La maison idéale

Que du bonheur dans cette maison pleine de charme. Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille, pour les vacances de Noël. Une maison où l'on seiées sent bien. Les enfants heureux de pouvoir jouer dans ce magnifique jardin et la balançoire mise à leur disposition. Les soirées au coin du feu étaient aussi très appréciées. Et puis l'accueil de Monsieur Poënces... Plein d'attentions, se mettant en quatre pour nous satisfaire. Vraiment tout était parfait et nous sommes revenus enchantés de nos vacances. Luc et Martine

beaucoup de plaisir !

Cette maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes : suffisamment de place pour nos 3 garçons (6, 8 et 10 ans), propreté, fonctionnalité et position géographique.
