Ubicada en una calle de arena, esta artística casa de playa cuenta con amplias terrazas y jardines y fácil acceso a la playa. Además de las dos habitaciones de arriba, hay una pequeña cabaña separada con un sofá / cama futón doble. Parrilla de carbón. Los propietarios solicitan a los huéspedes que disfruten tranquilamente de la propiedad en lugar de tener celebraciones o fiestas. NOTA: Hay un apartamento en la propiedad que es un alquiler a largo plazo, tiene una entrada independiente y el inquilino no utiliza ninguna parte del patio ni de la casa principal. Perros permitidos. Artsy warm home

This family home is filled with the owner's art and quirky deco. We had fun exploring the house and enjoyed the location - quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to town. (One thing that would have made it even better: screens on the windows so that we could enjoy the fresh ocean breeze sans mosquitoes).

The Essential 2 Jose Patio Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start by saying that this was a troubled stay. On our second day, electricians were in and out of the house all day; they were good lads, but it was intrusive and the power was out for a time. That work knocked out the hot tub and the tv's streaming services. Later in the week, we had more workers (hot tub maintenence + hot tub repairman). In all honesty, it was a bummer at not having those amenities, and having frequent disruptions. The saving grace was Fritz, who himself came and fixed the tv. But we love the property, and would welcome a discounted night if we return again.

Only negative the need for a plumber in the house for several hours due to a clogged sink that was obviously a problem when we first arrived the day before and apparently an issue in the past as well. But aside from that this is a lovely, art-filled house with a baby grand piano and only a few steps from the beach. Will be back again.

Stinson beach is about 4 minutes down a path and its spectacular for sunsets. The house is unique and the windows and patios give a great view of the mountain, where by the way, you can hike. All amenities were as promised.
