Welcome to the idyllic "Ostseepark" residential complex on Asternweg in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz. Located not far from public transportation, various shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach, this complex offers you the perfect base.

On the first floor is the spacious Apartment No. 10, which accommodates up to five people. All on one level, the apartment features a modern kitchen, a dining area with seating for four, a large living area with a cozy TV nook, a bedroom with a double bed, a guest room with a single bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink, and a towel warmer. The single bed can be pulled out from the bottom to accommodate one additional person (please note: this is strictly for children only). The couch in the living room can be unfolded, allowing four adults to sleep comfortably. From here, you have direct access to the large, furnished sun terrace with a small adjoining garden. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a mattress (but without linens) and a high chair are available free of charge. Your pet is also a welcome guest. ** Please note that cats are unfortunately not allowed due to allergies. **

You can store your bicycles safely in the bike shed, and there is a private parking space in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
