Swedish charm for the whole family at our beautiful “Lille Hus” in Kaköhl (Blekendorf), near the Baltic Sea in Schleswig-Holstein. Spanning 220 square meters, this home offers a dream vacation come true for 12 people. And with up to 5 furry friends, there’s plenty of room for them to run and play to their hearts’ content on the 1,100-square-meter property. The spacious garden area is fully fenced and offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their vacation.

The heart of Lille Hus is the spacious living/dining area with a modern, open-concept kitchen in a country-style design. The area offers plenty of space for culinary evenings and cozy get-togethers.

The basement also features two of the six bedrooms and a shower room. The upper floor features four additional bedrooms and a small game room for fun game nights. The master bathroom, complete with a corner bathtub and sauna, is also located on the upper floor.

The fully fenced-in yard features plenty of lawn space, a beach chair next to the house, a charcoal grill, a patio, and a covered lounge area. The absolute highlight is the outdoor hot tub with a whirlpool function, which can be booked as an optional extra. There is also a large shed available for storing bicycles.

The expansive Sehlendorf Beach is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute bike ride away. There’s also a great dog beach where your four-legged vacation guests can run around (from October 1 to March 31, the entire beach is open to dogs).

There is a public playground right next to the house.
