This modern villa is ideally located between Ibiza, San José and Cala Jondal on a 7,000 m² plot with an electric gate. The property is surrounded by lush gardens and vegetation and offers a peaceful atmosphere in which to relax.

The villa is distributed over two levels and has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms inside the villa and 1 additional bathroom outside. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden and has a table for four people. The living room with TV, stereo system and free WiFi offers direct access to the pool.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds (1.80m & 1.50m) and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living room for maximum comfort.

Outside, the villa has an infinity pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, a dining area with a table for 8 people, a barbecue and an additional bathroom with shower.

A full cleaning service is provided every 7 nights, including a change of bed linen and towels.
