Our house is located in a quiet and sunny area, near biking and hiking trails. The cozy one-room vacation apartment (30 square meters) with its own ground-level entrance can accommodate 1–3 people. The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a kitchenette, dining area, 1 sofa bed, satellite TV, shower/toilet, and a terrace. There are numerous excursion options in the surrounding area. Regensburg is approximately 34 km away, and Ingolstadt is about 30 km away. Nuremberg Airport is about 100 km away. A cozy beer garden and an inn are located nearby (500 m away). Shopping options, such as Netto, Norma, and Edeka, are 6 km away. From Monday through Saturday, a bread roll service is available for pickup on-site. Our modern one-room vacation apartment is located in the heart of the idyllic Altmühltal Nature Park, in a sunny and quiet setting. You can easily access the apartment via a ground-level entrance. With 30 m² of living space, it accommodates 1–2 people and is perfect for a relaxing stay. The vacation apartment is equipped with a cozy double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, both of which ensure a restful night’s sleep. A TV with international satellite channels invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need: a refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are all at your disposal. A cozy dining area with a table and chairs, as well as a spacious closet, round out the amenities. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Check-in times can also be arranged by phone. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The final price includes Wi-Fi, parking, final cleaning, bed linens, and towels. Payment is due in cash on-site.
