Terraced house "Margeta", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Lakmartin 5 km from the centre of Krk, 2 km from the centre of Kornić, 3.5 km from the centre of Punat, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. For shared use: property. Private: swimming pool round (2.5 m diameter, depth 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.). Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 25 km from the property. For privately use: summer kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, fridge). The owner lives on the edge of the property (access via terrace, 45 m2).
5-room terraced house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV, electric heater and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living room with satellite TV, DVD, electric heater and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (8). Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors.
