The apartment above the studio is a bright and lovingly furnished space suitable for 1–3 people.It features a spacious, bright bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm box-spring double bed, nightstands with lighting, electrical sockets by the bed, and a bookshelf with a selection of well-preserved, interesting books. A steep staircase leads to the room with a single bed. The open-concept kitchen-living area is equipped with a microwave, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a fridge-freezer. There are also plenty of spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, sweetener, paper towels, and dish soap available for use bereit.Im The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a large shower, as well as a hair dryer, bath towels, a broom, and a vacuum cleaner. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi are also available. The balcony is sheltered from the wind, and smoking is permitted there. Bowls are provided for your dog.

The holiday rental is located in the Hemmessen area, affectionately known as the “hyphen” between Bad Neuenahr and Ahrweiler wird.So, we’re also situated almost exactly halfway between the two town centers, both of which offer plenty of recreational activities. After just a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach city centre Bad Neuenahr with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants, and after about a 20-minute walk, you’ll discover historic Ahrweiler with its city walls, gates, half-timbered houses, and unique charm.
If you’re travelling with a dog, the park along the Ahr right around the corner is perfect for short walks; for longer hikes, you can quickly reach the famous and beautiful Red Wine Hiking Trail or the Ahrsteig



On-site fees: Cancellations made up to 14 days in advance are free of charge; after that, 100% of the cost will be charged. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per pet per night. The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged separately on-site.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
