At the heart of LAGOVIDA, the harbour provides a charming backdrop and is a popular mooring spot and destination for excursions. At the Casa Marina—the heart of LAGOVIDA—a wide variety of dining options, as well as accommodation and conference facilities, are available to you daily.
The 14 comfortable harbour houses and 23 “Dünenhäuser Comfort” with open living/dining areas, lake terraces, and saunas are distinguished by their unique architectural charm.
The 6 “Kapitänskajüte” holiday apartments and the 24 “Seglerhütte,” “Ankerplatz,” “Piratennest,” and “Leuchtturm,” are spacious and modern in design.
The RV park offers 45 sites and a modern bathroom facility. Each site is equipped with electricity, water, and sewer connections.
Lake Störmthaler is an artificial lake located south of Leipzig. It was created by flooding the southeastern part of the former Espenhain open-pit lignite mine.

The Comfort Dune Houses are characterised by their direct access to the water. Situated along the wind-protected shoreline, the 23 holiday homes form the tranquil oases of LAGOVIDA. Just a few steps separate the furnished sun terrace from the gentle lapping of the waves on Lake Störmthal.

The Dünenhäuser Comfort are available in both a small version for 2 people (57 square metres) and a large version (Dünenhaus Familia) for 4 people (71 sqm); an extra bed on the respective sofa bed is available for a 3rd or 5th person (for a fee).

The interior features an open-concept living/dining area with a built-in kitchen and a bathroom with natural light, a shower, toilet, and sauna (infrared cabin or dry sauna). The cosy living room fireplace, the warming underfloor heating, and the cooling fan on hot summer days round out the amenities of the Dünenhaus Comfort.

All units are at ground level, barrier-free, and come with their own parking space. A flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, as well as a portable baby cot upon request, ensure a worry-free holiday.

The All-Inclusive Comfort Package also includes a selection of magazines and a free round of mini-golf. In addition, once per stay, you’ll receive 1 bottle of sparkling wine, 1 bottle of water, 1 small bottle of juice, cappuccino powder, a selection of teas, and a sweet or savoury snack—all free of charge.
