The house by the lake offers two cozy bedrooms for up to 5 guests, a comfortable living room with a single-sided pull-out couch, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The house has a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an utility room.
The small workspace with a view of the lake turns even necessary tasks into a pleasure.
Outside, a charming garden with cozy seating areas awaits you—perfect for enjoying the fresh lake air or reading a good book under the walnut tree. A sauna house in the garden is now also available upon request.
And best of all: just a few steps away, you’ll find yourself with your feet in the clear water of the lake—pure bliss, especially in the morning!!

The beach right outside the door, restaurants, boat tours, kilometers of bike paths, and the chance to immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the big city with plenty of culture and shopping—everything is possible here!

Electricity consumption:
The rental price includes 10 kWh of electricity per day—enough for normal use.
Since you also have the option to use the sauna, washing machine, and dryer, as well as to charge an electric car, we charge an additional 0.50 €/kWh for any consumption exceeding 10 kWh to ensure fairness.
Please let me know in advance if you’d like to charge an electric car. We’re happy to provide you with a portable charging station for a small fee.

Taxes:
The rental price includes 7% VAT.
For guests over the age of 18, an additional 5% lodging tax will be charged on the total price starting on 01.01.2025. This must be paid in advance directly to the rental company or settled on site.

🧼 Cleaning & Linens
The cleaning fee of 130 € includes:
- Final cleaning of the entire house and property
- Freshly made beds for the number of guests
- Clean hand and bath towels for the number of guests
- Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies (dish soap, soap, toilet paper, and more)
- Maintenance of the garden and outbuildings
- Winter services

Historic preservation:
The ceiling height is 2.30 meters. The upper floor has sloped ceilings.
