Your house on the Rhine in Koblenz

This beautiful house, just a two-minute walk from the Rhine, is the perfect place for a wonderful holiday with family, friends, or a group. It’s located in the heart of the “Upper Middle Rhine Valley,” an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Way of St. James runs right past here, and the bus—which departs almost right outside the door—takes you to city centre Koblenz in about 10 minutes. A bakery, a delicious ice cream shop, restaurants, and a nice, large playground are just around the corner. If you have bicycles with you, you can lock them up separately in the porch (please let us know in advance).
The holiday home has three levels: Ground floor: living room, dining area, kitchen, and guest bathroom. There’s also a pull-out couch here that sleeps two.
Ground floor: Master bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a second bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed, and a large bathroom with a shower.
Second floor: A bedroom with a 1.60-meter bed, a living area with a children’s play area, another pull-out couch for two people, and another large bathroom.
There is also a small outdoor area, approximately 15 metres by 2.50 metres. It’s small but nice, though it’s really only meant for things like smoking. It’s a bit too small for barbecuing or seating 10 people outside. There’s also a boiler room where you can store and lock up bicycles.
