Located in a quaint mid-century neighborhood that is quiet yet close to I-90 gives you quick access to all of the fun things to do in the Spokane area.

MAIN FLOOR: includes the remodeled galley kitchen that is fully stocked, has a stainless 36" luxury Italian glass-top range, French door stainless refrigerator and freezer, stainless dishwasher with third top tray, original refinished cabinets with soft closing doors and drawers, stainless deep double sinks, and granite countertops. Nestled in the bay window area, an antique mid-century Maple dining table and chairs that seat six.
The Living Room boasts a Nicole Miller curved sectional sofa, plus an additional sofa to comfortably sit 12 people around the gas fireplace. Coutured suede leather trim and down-filled pillows are a luxurious experience. Tucked in the corner is a Maple office desk with an upholstered chair for any work needs.

The Main Floor Bathroom has been recently remodeled with its floor-to-ceiling white subway tiles, tub and shower combo with Posi-Temp, and light-filled mid-century glass block privacy window that allows natural light for getting ready while providing privacy. The granite vanity countertop houses a square vessel sink with a modern vanity mirror. The bathroom shelf hold two canisters with Q-tips and cotton rounds while the vanity drawer holds a hair dryer and other amenities.

Also on the main floor are the King bedroom, Queen Bedroom, and semi-private Full bedroom. All of our bedrooms are fitted with 100% Cotton luxury 600 thread count sheets, extra pillows, and bed-sized cotton blankets, and locking doors.

King Bedroom-sink into a blissful night of sleep in the comfy mattress with the soft duvet and king pillows. Enjoy watching your favorite bedtime movies and TV shows on the 44" Smart TV. This bedroom has a double closet that stores the Graco Pack n Play. Two windows allow natural light in during the day and have blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep.

Queen Bedroom-enjoy the cozy room with a window that overlooks the back covered patio and yard, which allows soft light in during the day with blackout curtains for extra light reduction. A single closet provides storage for clothing, while a 43" Smart TV provides entertainment.

Full Semi-Private Bedroom- has access to the backyard through the double French doors with enclosed shades for extra privacy. Curtains provide privacy from the hallway door, and a single closet provides space for personal belongings.

Laundry Room with Powder Bathroom: includes a full-size top-loading impeller (no agitator) washing machine and full-sized dryer. We provide Eco-Friendly/Allergen-Friendly laundry products. This room also includes a toilet, sink with a granite countertop, and a large mirror as an additional space to get ready for the day.

LOWER LEVEL- to the right of the stairs, enjoy movies and games in the living room with its 60" Smart TV, in the two luxury chair-and-a-halfs and sofa that converts to a queen bed. Enter through the modern farmhouse sliding door to the King bedroom with a 55" Smart TV and walk-in closet. This bedroom includes an extra-long office desk with an office chair for an additional workspace in a quiet room.
To the left of the stairs is the newly added luxury bathroom. This bathroom boasts a freestanding soaking tub and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. The quartz vanity countertop has two canisters with q-tips and cotton rounds while the drawers provide a hair dryers and space for guests personal toiletries.

BACKYARD: has a 6' chain link fence. The yard is fully fenced for kid-friendly and pet-friendly fun times. The 550 square foot covered patio has an outdoor dining table that seats 6 with a small café table for two and two additionl patio chairs. The 4-burner gas grill is great for grilling your favorite foods. Al fresco dining at its best! The spacious backyard and front yards are fully landscaped.
